We proudly offer a 30-day return and refund guarantee. You may request a return within 30 calendar days after receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, the item should:

Be unused or only lightly inspected.
Be returned in its original condition.
Include original packaging whenever possible.
Include all accessories and components received with the product.

Returns requested after 30 days may not be eligible for a refund.

2. Free Returns

SouthVista offers free returns for eligible products.

If your return request is approved, our support team will provide return instructions. Please do not return products before contacting us.

3. Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow approximately 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been issued.

4. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

Your order number
Photos of the product
Photos of the packaging (if applicable)
A brief description of the issue

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

5. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before shipment.

If your order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible. In this case, you may return the item under our standard return policy.

6. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return if they have been heavily used, intentionally damaged, or altered after delivery.
